Description

Delightful and healthy air fryer donut holes made with cottage cheese and fresh blueberries, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the basket or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, honey, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in the oat flour and baking powder until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  5. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form donut holes and place in the air fryer basket with space in between.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Carefully remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
