Delightful and healthy air fryer donut holes made with cottage cheese and fresh blueberries, perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients

- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the basket or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, honey, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the oat flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form donut holes and place in the air fryer basket with space in between.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Carefully remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
